Our aim is to use in full the genetic potential of the animals. Keeping track and responding to individual animals health and milk production parameters is essential to achieve this goal. This is where our Parlour Server automation system comes in as an efficient tool.

Each animal entering the milking parlour is identified by its individual ear tag.

From the start the milking process is controlled by Automatic Cluster Removal system which can sense the milk flow from the animal and ensure complete milking out without causing discomfort to the animal. Automatic process control also contributes to lower labour intensiveness and costs.

The milk yield of each animal is measured, displayed, recorded and stored for further analysis in a computer database. This information allows efficient breeding of farm animals and achieving higher product output.

Should the animal require special attention during next milking (for instance, because of health condition or treatment) the software has a facility to warn the milker when such animal enters the parlour by means of audible alarm.
