Milking Systems Division
SURE-Line is the milking systems division of Greenoak Equipment Ltd. We supply a wide range of complete milking parlours for dairy cows, sheep and goats with different levels of automation - from simple Automatic Cluster Removal (ACR) functionality to advanced systems with automatic animal identification, automatic feeding, milk yield measurement, computerized process control and Clean-In-Place wash control. With a long history of developing electronic controls, SURE-Line is well placed to bring competitively priced electronic milking equipment to the market and provide technical support to the complete range.

Our electronic systems comprise hardware and software. The hardware is custom designed electronic circuits and embedded software. Understanding the importance of uninterruptible operation of all automation systems we pay extra attention to the issue of reliability under heavy farm environment conditions. All our equipment is designed to strict quality standards and undergoes extensive testing as part of manufacturing process. The software aspect of the system is custom designed to service time critical applications in dairy farms. We strive to build our software to take advantage of existing PC platform software such as Microsoft Windows™.

Greenoak is the global supplier and the largest spare parts distributor in the UK for alternative milking machine parts. We pride ourselves in sourcing and supplying an alternative range of replaceable components for most milking parlours. Together with 13,000 square feet warehouse in Crewe Cheshire, we regularly ship our products straight from the shelves to many different parts of the world as well as anywhere in the UK.
